Me in Mind, a brilliant new resource for Guides and Senior Section, was released this week.

The pack is all about dreams and goals, healthy living, relationships, help and support, and most importantly, having a laugh!  It’s a vibrant resource with loads of activities to get everyone thinking about mental health in a new, positive way, whether in a group or on your own, and there is an accompanying badge, which can be worn in both sections.

It’s also a great opportunity to promote links between Guides and Senior Section – the badge could be started in Guides and completed in Senior Section, or groups of Guides and Senior Section could join together on activities. It's a set of 40 activity cards, presented in a durable envelope so the cards can be used again and again!
